Pricing
Quoted per engagement after a free measurement. What drives the number, which payment structures we build, and what the free report costs you.
How we price
Thysanos quotes per engagement. There is no rate card, because there is no standard job. A five-page site in one language and a 400-page catalogue across four markets are different amounts of work, and pricing them the same would mean overcharging one and underserving the other.
A named consultant works your account for its duration. The quote reflects the hours that person and the team spend on it, so the price follows the size of the job rather than a tier you get sorted into.
What determines your quote
Published rather than hidden, so you can estimate before you ask.
- Number of pages requiring restructuring and markup
- Number of markets and languages the prompt set must cover
- Number of engines tracked, and the size of the frozen prompt set
- Current technical state, established by the free report before any quote
- Whether implementation is handed to your developers or executed by us
- Volume of entity and off-site work the brand needs
- Reporting cadence beyond the standard monthly cycle
Payment structures
A quoted fee is the default. It is not the only option, and the right structure depends on how your business earns.
| Structure | Fits |
|---|---|
| Quoted engagement fee | Most accounts. Scope known, price fixed against it |
| Percentage of turnover | High-volume, seasonal businesses that want costs moving with revenue rather than sitting as a fixed line. Tour operators usually prefer this and we usually recommend it there |
| Performance-linked component | Where agreed measurement outcomes can carry part of the fee |
| Milestone-based | Longer engagements paid across phases |
| Retainer | Continuous work rather than a defined project |
Ask for the structure you want. We build the payment solution around how the business actually runs, and every number goes in writing before work starts.

| Price | €0 |
| Delivery | One business day |
| You get | Technical readiness score out of 100, effective score after crawler access testing, per-crawler results for GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot, prioritised findings |
| Limits | Homepage only. No live citation measurement, no implementation |
| Obligation | None. The report is yours whether or not we work together |
Several companies have taken the report, handed it to their own developers and fixed the problems themselves. That is a legitimate outcome and we would rather that than sell an engagement nobody needed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Usually not, and the comparison is the wrong one. Platforms run roughly €29 to €500 a month and give you a dashboard: prompts tracked, a score, a trend. Nothing in that price fixes anything. Our engagement includes the measurement, the implementation, the entity work and a person doing it. If a dashboard is what you need, buy the dashboard and we will tell you so on the call.
We will once we can stand behind one. An indicative floor we would not honour is worse than no number, and precision here matters more than the convenience of having a figure on the page.
The frozen prompt set, the history database, every generated artifact and the implementation guide. The baseline is yours to re-run with or without us.
After the free report and before any work. The report is what makes the quote accurate rather than a guess about your site.
